Melodee and Cara will hold sacred space for a journey that includes the mind, body, and spirit and will leave you with practical words and images to take your work to the next level. You’ll be guided through group inquiry, story-telling, meditation/breathwork, writing, deep inner listening, connecting with the natural world in a sacred way, and being witnessed by the camera. When you connect to your essence and meet it with a deep committed YES, Universal support will flood in to help you in taking action. New and unexpected possibilities emerge from there!
You will walk away from this one of a kind experience with:
• A new written story of who you are and the work you are here to do that can serve as the heartbeat of your About page, future talks and workshops (including opportunities for 1-1 time with Cara).
• Photographs of you that reflect your essence back to you and the world (1-1 time with Melodee and her camera + 10 images and option to purchase more).
