This month we will be focusing on: developing an alliance with stress. What if you could better understand the messages behind your body's signals, and develop a healthier relationship with the parts of yourself that feel anxious, pressured, and on edge?
We'll also be working with the theme of community, support, and connection. If you've done breath work before, then you know how the practice can leave you with a healthy appetite! We'll be having a community potluck after the breath work group, so stay for a bit longer to connect and get to know each other, outside of the spiritual work we do together. Please bring a dish to share with the group.
Breath + community + food = nourishment on all levels.
