What does it mean to be vulnerable? 

Do you find safety in hiding or playing small?  

Do you keep the world at an arm's length distance?  

What does intimacy mean to you?

What fears do you have around being vulnerable?

How much do you criticize yourself vs. practicing self-compassion?


This virtual group will focus on developing a deeper relationship with our vulnerable selves.  We'll be breathing with the intention to nourish the parts of ourselves that are ready to be seen, heard, and connected to more fully.
